If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. Placing an order constitutes explicit acceptance of all terms listed herein.

SocialsViral provides social media growth and engagement acceleration services across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others. Our services are designed for promotional, marketing, and audience-building purposes.

• ✓We never request, store, or process passwords for any social media account.
• ✓Only public profile URLs or usernames are required to deliver orders.
• ✓Your account must be set to public during delivery. Private accounts cannot receive services.
• ⚠You are responsible for ensuring your account complies with the target platform's terms of service. We are not liable for account actions taken by the platform.

• •Orders are processed automatically and delivery typically begins within 0–15 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• •Larger orders may be delivered gradually over a longer period to maintain natural-looking growth patterns. ("drip-feed").
• •Prices are listed in USD and are charged at the rate displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
• •You must provide an accurate target link (username or profile URL) at checkout. Incorrect links may result in delivery delays or non-delivery.

• ✓Orders that include refill guarantees are replenished automatically through our continuous telemetry monitors for the duration specified at purchase (30-day to lifetime, depending on the package).
• ✓If a refill-eligible order drops below the purchased quantity within the guarantee period, we will restore the difference at no additional cost.
• ⚠Refunds are issued at our discretion for orders that fail to deliver. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the order date.
• ✕Orders that have been fully delivered and remain within the purchased quantity are not eligible for refunds.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party social media platforms against your account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
